I went to college as a communications major. And like a lot of women, I struggled with my weight. My freshman year alone I gained nearly 40 pounds.
I started making small, realistic, sustainable changes. Not dramatic ones — small, realistic, sustainable ones. And slowly things shifted. People started noticing. They started asking what I was doing.
And I remember thinking — isn't this a profession?
I walked straight to my guidance counselor and changed my major to dietetics. I have never looked back.
That was decades ago. My journey has not been perfect. I have maintained my weight consistently for decades through the exact habits and structure I now teach my clients.
I became a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Holistic Weight Loss Coach because I genuinely believe that sustainable health is possible for every woman. I have spent over 20 years helping women just like you claim lasting health as their own.
